Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Time
- United States: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-15 business days
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and do not include processing time.
Shipping Cost
- U.S. orders: All bundles ship free with Standard shipping (3-5 business days). Single tins ship Standard for $8. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is $15, chosen at checkout
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or high order volume. We'll do our best to keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at support@noctastrips.com with your order number, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
