At NoctaStrips, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@noctastrips.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns, and we recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date) at support@noctastrips.com with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. Once verified, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped. If it's too late to cancel, you can return the order under our 30-day policy once it arrives.
